Kelly
Having been married almost 30 years and raising my family here in Heartlake, it is wonderful to be able to help so many people from our neighbourhood in a full service, family focused setting. Since first becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010, I have had the privilege of being chosen to be the healing hands to help many clients return back to work, back to their favourite sports, hobbies and most importantly, back to enjoying a better quality of life with their family and friends.
After receiving treatment at the Justine Blainey Wellness centre for injuries suffered in a car accident over three years ago, I knew I wanted to become part of this wonderful clinic team .
I feel very privileged to practice in such a happy and positive work environment. Each of my new clients will receive an initial assessment in order to design an individualized treatment plan. I will use various techniques during treatment, some of which include Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Therapeutic Paraffin Wax and Manual Lymphatic Drainage to facilitate their healing. I will also provide them with different exercises and techniques to use at home, at work and even when going to sleep, that will help to aid recovery and quality of life.
We have the facility and the wide variety of professionals to provide an excellent circle of care for all of our clients and I do not hesitate to refer my clients to any other of my associates at Justine Blainey Wellness Centre.
